1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, localStorage, and session identifiers. We use these to make the site work, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
2. Categories we use
- Essential / functional: required for security, sessions, language preference, forms, and Ask Moxie chat session continuity (for example a session ID).
- Analytics / performance (if enabled): help us understand page views and traffic patterns so we can improve content and experience. We prefer aggregated or de-identified data where practicable.
- Preferences: remember choices (such as language) for a smoother return visit.
We do not sell personal data via cookies.
3. Ask Moxie and local storage
Ask Moxie may store a session identifier in your browser so conversations can be linked to server-side records and continue more naturally. See the Ask Moxie AI Notice and Privacy Policy.
4. Your controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect some site features. “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently interpreted by all tools.
5. Third parties
If we embed third-party content or analytics, those parties may set cookies under their own policies. Please review their privacy / cookie notices.
