These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, without limiting our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
