About the role
You own the show from concept to curtain. Vendors, run-of-show, VIP paths, and the quiet confidence that keeps a 400-person summit on time.
What you will own
- Build production plans, run-of-show, and contingency paths
- Source and manage AV, staging, F&B, and venue partners
- Lead on-site rehearsals and show-day floor management
- Coordinate speakers, VIP hosts, and registration flow
- Close out with clear debriefs and vendor settlements
What you bring
- 3+ years producing corporate / tech events in Hong Kong
- Strong vendor negotiation and on-site leadership
- Excel / planning tools fluency; crisp communication
- Available for evenings / weekends around major shows
Nice to have
- Experience with partner kickoffs, summits, or roadshows
- Basic AV / staging literacy
